Jeff was born and raised in St. Paul, MN before attending North Dakota State University on a Track and Field Athletic Scholarship. He graduated in 1977 from NDSU with a Bachelors in Fine Art, with the intentions of working as a Commercial Artist. First employed by a small Fargo printshop as a Press Operator, Lithographer and Artist/Sign Painter, along with Production Management responsibilities. Jeff really enjoyed the industry and decided to make it his career so over the course of several months, he applied at Knight Printing Company for three different positions (Artist, Lithographer, Press Operator) the result was that he was hired as Press Operator in 1982. Within his first year, his role included all 3 positions. Upon KPC expansion in 1983, Jeff was promoted to Account Executive in the sales department. Made partner in 1999 and February, 2007 marked Jeff’s 25th year with KPC!

His main reponsibility is building a porfolio of clients that bring profitable printing/mailing/fulfillment accounts to KPC. “Our team accomplishes this by providing trust, knowledge, craftsmanship, creativity, commitment to detail and utilizing the latest in graphics technologies.” according to Jeff. He is blessed with many client partners that believe in and are committed to KPC’s abilities to produce an outstanding product that provides value.

Outside the office Jeff enjoys time spent with his family (wife Cathy & son Ian) and friends, recreational activites (golf, running, snowboarding, travel) and involvement in the local advertising club and family church.

Something people might not know about Jeff and appreciate, is that he is a five time winner of our local newspaper’s annual Pumpkin Carving Contest.
