It's best to know, when designing an envelope, what the actual standard size of the envelope is, rather than measuring a physical envelope with possibly improper dimensions. Here we have assembled a list of the most commonly seen envelope sizes to aid you in your design process. Designing your envelope file for the proper dimensions will reduce turnaround time, and the chance for errors, when you are supplying digital files to the Knight Printing preflight team.
