At Knight Printing, we understand that postage is the single largest cost related to your mailing project.

That’s why we have made it our job to ensure you get the lowest possible postage rates with our in-house mailroom.

We proof every mailing project with our in-house mailing team. We can suggest changes to bring your mail piece into full automation compliance with the USPS® and in some cases with Canada Post — eliminating costly surcharges. These changes could be as simple as changing a fold or increasing the point size of an ancillary endorsement line.

  • NCOALink™ / LACSLink™ Processing (National Change of Address Updates)
    This process updates addresses of people who have moved within the last 18 months.
    This service updates the address of anyone who provides the USPS® of their new address.

NCOALink™ Processing is a service that could add significant cost to list processing. At Knight Printing, we provide this service to all of our clients at no charge when you print your project with us.
